I think he means that the short TSLA was and still is such a crowded trade that even after the poor P&D the stock still went up to 269. We may touch 225 but don't expect 200. I have +240 Puts. I'm cashing out at 12 if I can get that tomorrow. When everyone thinks the stock will go one...

I think Tesla will announce CyberTruck delivery event this weekend to try and blunt the effects of P&D miss.

Your broker could be different, but if I were to have Calls exercised at Interactive Brokers and I don't actually have shares, I'd end up short the shares that were exercised. I'd have to buy shares to close out the short.

IB gives no grace period. They will start liquidating within minutes of your margin going negative. You probably have at most an hour to try to salvage something. Try buying some 190 puts expiring tomorrow to give you some breathing room.

The trend is your friend until it isn't. But following the last few weeks, I'd guess there is a >0 chance that our whales decide to initiate another gamma spike by taking out the $1,250 call wall. If that wall falls, I could see a run all the way to $1,300 by end of day (and after hours tomorrow).

Don't know very many who are selling Calls now. If you sell Calls high enough (Like $1700s) then the Theta Decay can offset any Monday spike since you have those four extra days of decay. Though, I'm not selling any Calls until next Wednesday at the earliest.
