Trash Cans/Squeegees at Superchargers

Has anyone provided trash cans/squeegees/paper towels to local supercharger sites? There are a few near me without any amenities that would benefit from said items.

Is it all purely volunteer based or did you speak to property management or Tesla themselves?

Thanks!

Many SC sites are at gas stations, so these have trash cans and (usually) windshield cleaning supplies nearby, if not at the SC sites.

At the Buc-ees I've been to, there are trash bins, but no squeegees/water at the SC stalls. Curious that Buc-ees doesn't give the EV driver quite the same amenities they give the ICE driver. Some Buc-ees have a large number of stalls that stretch a long way from the squeegees at the gas pumps.

Here in Raleigh we have a site with trash cans and squeegees at every stall, but no Superchargers!

I leave google reviews for gas stations that host superchargers. Leaving praise for providing windshield wiper stations and trash cans conveniently located at the superchargers. Similarly deducting stars for lack of same or having ICE cars blocking the charging spaces.

It is something small I can do to influence outcomes.

I also review businesses other than gas stations that host super chargers, but do not expect such hosts to have windshield cleaning stations.

Good idea. However, as for the penalty for having ICE cars blocking charging spaces, I think it depends. Some convenience stores have small parking lots, and rather than 100% reserving 8 spots (which may be 40-50% of their total parking capacity) solely for Supercharger usage, they allow general parking for a limited time (usually 10 or 15 minutes for a limited time). This seems reasonable, as the alternative may be that the host decides against hosting a site altogether because it would leave them too little parking, and then you don't have ANY Superchargers. So I would give them some slack there in these cases (additionally I would make an effort to choose stalls that are not "shared" so as to be a good citizen for ICE customers that would otherwise not have a place to park if the lot is full).
