Tire Repair Kit - Back in Stock, But Will It Work On Refreshed X?

I got an email today letting me know that Tesla’s Tire Repair Kit is back in stock at $80. I’ve read on this forum of issues with it. I recently bought a Slime SUV tire repair kit and wonder if it’s worth getting the Tesla one. Anyone have any experience using the restocked Tesla kit on a refreshed X?

I can't see any reason to get the Tesla kit. I have the Slime kit because it is half the price and you can get it or a sealant replacement canister at lots of places including Walmart. I have carried one in all my cars for years and have never used anything but the compressor portion to air up a tire with a screw in it to able to get to a tire store. The Tesla kit is manufactured by TEK who makes kits for most of the OEMs.

I didn't want to wait for the Tesla branded one so I bought this instead. Pretty much the same thing.
