Tesla tire repair kit, compressor faulty???

I’ve bought Tesla’s tire repair kit. The gauge on the compressor is set at an angle, tilted to the left, do you own THIS Tesla tire repair kit and if so is your gauge also tilted, is this normal?

Yes I own this tire repair kit. Although the pressure gauge is flush with the surface, my kit doesn't work. Currently the air pump turns on once every 20 times I push the start button, and then it does not stay on, and never turns on when in "repair flat" mode. The switch was a little iffy when it first arrived a couple of months ago but I could get it to work. I had a flat on freeway 3 days ago and it wouldn't work. I'm hoping Tesla refunds my purchase cost. I'm looking for a better alternative
