There is fake leather and there is something that us not leather but is good, the question is: is it an equal or better substitute?
Presumably it's the same synthetic leather as the Ultra White seats introduced on the Model X, and now the only premium seat material available on the Model S and Model X. And after more than a year with it, my personal opinion is that unequivocally "yes", far better than real leather.

Forgive me if it's obvious but does the car have ANY sort of cruise control if you don't opt for Autopilot? After having active cruise control on my current car I couldn't go without it now, but if it's only available as part of the US$5,000 autopilot thing, then that's a major turn off.

You have standard cursive controller not ACC without the $5k

Is there a picture of the 18" Aero wheel and the 19" wheel. Also has Tesla released anything about the color of the standard interiors?

Most of the pics you will see have the sport... here's the aero

Interesting that he said 'on the smaller wheels it's very quiet'. In another thread we had the back & forth about the 18" vs 19" wheels. If the car is actually quieter with the smaller wheels, there's another plus for the 18".
The noise really has nothing to do with the tire size per se, it mostly has to do with the type and tread of tire. The 18" are most likely all season, ContiSilent, I recall and are probably longer tread life and tread pattern that give a fairly quite road noise. I believe these also have foam inserts in the tire to dampen the noise. The 19" on the other hand, may be performance tires or possible all season as well, but most likely have lower tread life and more "agressive" tread pattern which produce more road noise.

The difference in sidewall height and tire pressure will also contribute to different noise characteristics. It is really impossible to do exact comparison just based on tire size alone. Many more factors can contribute to the perceived noise differences.

MY Model 3 reservation update from Tesla says that the price for first production cars with the larger battery is $49,000, and the standard battery is $35,000. That's $14k difference. But this price list shows the battery upgrade at $9k. Does the larger battery also come with either the Premium Interior upgrade or the enhanced navigation system? I was surprise at $14k for the additional range, but $9 k makes more sense. They might also require coupling of the larger battery with one of these two $5k options (which brings it to the $14k difference). Anybody have any insights on this?

Looks like Ccutre just answered my question before I hit the send button - Thanks!!!

No. Larger battery is $9k. Premium package is $5k. That gets you to the $49k base price for the only vehicle (employees) can order right now. AWD price is unknown, and won't be available until at least Spring 2018. It's also unknown if it will require the long range version or not.

They specifically say the AWD is available with either standard or long range battery.

Can't believe there are actually [people] that disagree with this. Car companies offer white paint for free. Tesla doesn't. That's wrong.

Many companies offer certain paint colors for an additional cost. A friend bought a Mercedes and Pearl White was like extra $3k.

This has also been covered extensively by many outlets including Consumer Reports.

Here is a quote from a CR article talking about this specific issue:

Beware car colors that cost extra

"Many carmakers charge extra for certain colors, and that can add anywhere from $200 to a few thousand dollars toward the cost of a new car. Metal flake and tri-coat pearl finishes that are more complicated to produce and apply are generally the culprits, and some manufacturers charge more than others. But if you're buying a BMW or Mercedes-Benz, chances are you're going to pay extra if you want any color other than white or black."

So, while White can be included with some cars, any kind of metallic or pearl white is usually optional.

Obvi. But that's irrelevant.

Those "other companies" offer free white paint. Tesla doesn't. That's literally what people have been saying/discussing. Tesla provides no choice for a no additional cost paint color. Other companies do.

See my post about this. That is 100% factually incorrect. Both BMW and Mercedes, which the Model 3 has been specifically mentioned to compete against charge extra for any colors other than plain White or Black. Metallic, Pearl or multi color paints have always been extra.
