Ambient Lighting and Home Link on New S and X Models on Order page?

Hey all new to TMC. When I clicked on the order page last night after the X plaid increase it showed these interior details. Does this mean that the new builds starting today will have ambient lighting and Home link pre-installed? I figured all the Tesla experts on here would know about it but no one mentioned it so far. It shows for both models of the S and the X.

S and X have always had homelink standard. Ambient lighting in this case I'm pretty sure refers to things like the door and footwell lights. I don't think they've added the LED strip like the highland

Tesla just never advertises their standard features, and there are very few options other than: tires and wheels, color, Autopilot-Full Self Driving.

That does look different…where are you seeing that? When I configure an S online, I am not seeing the line in the aluminum trim.

I think that's the renders from before the refresh actually launched when Tesla was advertising the RGB LED strips. They might actually include those eventually since Highland is getting a similar feature

At least early cars also physically had the connectors, don't know if that's still the case.

“Ambient lighting” has always been listed as an S/X feature, and they’ve always had homelink. Nothing has changed.

I might be looking too much into this... but the steering wheel is also different.
It looks like a version where the honk is FINALLY back in the middle.

If you compare this with the image from the website, there's more shadow behind the honk; implying that it's about to recess!

Tesla posted this image on their website right after the refresh release but removed it soon after, just as they did with the front bumper camera on the 3. Insiders have confirmed that the lights are still planned to be released in the coming months. Some say they were removed to release the feature first on the 3. Not sure is that makes sense.
