I purchased a Tesla Universal Wall Connector a few months ago to charge both my Model Y and my R1T. With the 6 months of free supercharging about to end on the Model Y, I was trying to see how I would charge the Model Y with this charger.
From my understanding, with the cable put away in the slot, you press the button on the dock adapter to get the CCS port. For the NACS port, all you need to do is pull the wand out of the holster. When I tried to do this, I am unable to get the cable out. It only is coming out with the dock adapter when I press the button. Pressing the little circle button on the Tesla charger itself doesn't do anything either.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?
