Two notes, (using the Tesla Tall Person video as a reference):
1) The first foot typically slides on the carpet, and for many people on the piece of carpet that's not covered by the floor mat. This can wear that out real fast. Getting your first foot on the mat solves the wear problem, but makes it harder to get in the car.
2) The second foot, if not really big, can fit in the gap between the open door and the body, under the hinge. This is good if you're not flexible and can't pull your leg in towards your body as much. I always recommend this.
Oh, and Rachel, yeah the top wasn't on. Nevertheless, she practically levitates out of car, which is amazing to see in real life. Next time I see her, I'll see if she's up for doing it again with the top on. BTW, she used to be a ballerina, so leg flexibility and strength are her strong suits.
