All right. Semantics. Let's get down to basics.

You said, or you're attempting to say, "The car didn't drive around the block. It's not even Level 2! You drove around the block!"

You are DRIVING the car. You are not JUST "ready to take over"
If you were that'd be L3. Which the car is not capable of.
If you don't understand what actual parts of the driving task you are performing while using FSDb you ought to stop using it, for everyones safety, until you do understand.
