I agree that PlugShare is the best app at least for East TN and Western NC. But it is frustrating as most public chargers are crippled at 6kw or 208V and 30 amps.
You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

Are these chargers at the Nissan dealerships public chargers?
I would have thought that they are for their Leaf customers.
We've integrated chargers in EVTripPlanner in version 2.1 (http://EVTripPlanner/planner).
Our new release due out this week will auto-route through superchargers also.
it will plan your route, estimate energy usage and then show you superchargers and conventional chargers along the route.
You can then select where you want to charge and it will adjust your route accordingly.
We think it is the most comprehensive tool around.
