That's the Alcantara I believe, which is synthetic--not leather. I'd much rather have actual leather.

Yes that's the Alcantara- it's not leather, but it feels like suede, at least to me. Alcantara is a royal pain to clean though, vacuum, toothbrush, water. I much prefer pure leather and using leather cleaner/conditioner, but it does add to the performance package

I stand corrected -- I just looked really carefully at the Design Studio pics of the Performance and regular editions, and there is no visible difference in the shape of the seats. So, if there's greater bolstering, it would have to be in the stiffness of the padding. Hmm.

I'm not convinced that the design studio is a 100% accurate rendering of the interior. For instance, the stalks on the steering wheel don't seem to be final.

Agreed, and where are the speakers? Or maybe they've hidden them out of site completely?

I kind of like the grey leather too but that's not an option on the Signature cars. Strange.
