With confirmation by Tesla yesterday that groundbreaking is imminent, I thought it would make sense for the sole Quebec supercharger to have its own thread.
If anyone drives by the site, please post some pictures!
Great idea. I think there are a few Canadian Superchargers being built right now. Do you have an address in case anyone is close?

Meanwhile, has work on the coming Montreal store restarted, or is the cease construction order from the city still posted?
lanceneveu | September 4, 2014 Went back today. There was a crew cleaning inside and a suit outside on the cell phone very angry about some city ordinance stuff. Quite amusing..... when it's not me!
That's not great news about Drummondville. How could ground breaking be imminent if they are still in discussion? This morning, I asked Drummondville if they could tell me if a permit had been issued to TM to build a Supercharger site.
They did not mention the granting of a permit in the reply, but did say they were in discussions with TM regarding the installation of charging stations.

Good news about Montreal though. The people at the Laval SC were saying they hope to move there by year end...
Bad news, again, for the Drummondville SuperCharger...
Now, best case scenario: late october worst case: mid-november...
What was I saying about Hydro-Québec? Almost confirming here that they are the ones that make this harder for Tesla...:
