Worse car buying experience ever!

Communication was minimum, but delivery was on time (actually 20 mns early). Car is fine, and Ryan took his time (20 mns) to show us the car. Car is great, though a little noisy at highway speeds. Overall, it was a very smooth process.

I think this is the crux of it. If everything goes smooth with no hiccups there's no issue. However it's not always the case and that's where Tesla really starts to fall apart because they aren't equipped to deal with it properly. I'm convinced they completely wing it and don't have any proper processes in place.

The car is amazing and the coolest thing I bought but Tesla needs to improve their delivery experience. I had a delivery date rescheduled 4 times and waited 3 and half hours passed my appointment to pick up my car.
