We Are in the Golden Age of Charging

This may not be true in areas like LA where there a lot of Teslas, but where I am, it's the golden age of charging. I have never had to wait at a supercharger, and I've never had trouble getting access to a hotel destination charger. I always leave a note on the dashboard with my phone number, saying "call me if you need this hotel charger," and no one has ever called.

I'm guessing this situation will change, so enjoy it while we have it.

That charger handle is the definition of "Handle with Care" My experience has been very good as well. I've only had to wait on a supercharger twice. Once in Tremonton, UT and once in Albuquerque, NM.

There's an accident waiting to happen. Both from worn insulators creating a shock hazard, and moisture getting inside the handle and corroding connections. Personally, I wouldn't plug that into my car. I've seen bad handles melt adapters and charging inlets, and that one's a prime candidate.
