The sales guy that is trying to find me a PD said that no one is trading in their PD's, so it's going to be a long wait for a good deal....on a PD anyway.

He also did not think that to many people would trade in their PD for an X.....I have actually been told that by several Tesla people AND with the release of AP they are expecting a ton of new orders in the next few weeks.

Douglas, why dont you try for inventory PD. I ordered 85D last weekend for about same price as 85D CPOs that couple ppl bought sometime back. And mine is like new and being 1st owner i can do 4 yr warranty extension if i want. Take advantage of 2k referral before it goes away in 2 weeks.

I have already used up my tax credit for this year, so I either have to wait until 2016 or get a CPO from Tesla or private party used. At this rate I am probably just going to order one and take delivery Jan 2nd.

I'm curious to see what effect the release of autopilot has on CPO pricing. Ie, now that autopilot is real, will potential CPO buyers shift to new AP cars? Will the potential shift in demand have a significant impact CPO pricing?

Their are a lot of P85 and P85+'s on the CPO that have been there for a while, that are not selling. I think that a lot of people are going to want AWD and AP cars. Will Tesla reduce the price on the cars that are not selling?, probably not or they would have already done it.

Looks like price changes on P36468 (-$1300) and P21577 (-$1500).

Here are the previously removed cars now back (interestingly, most were removed on 10-18 -- so this looks like just inventory rotation).

Looks like a fairly good deal...and another $6k off in Colorado. If only it had the panoramic roof!

dont think it is a good deal. You can get better deals on inventory 85D (after tax credit) especially if you dont care about subzero package, premium interior, etc. A brand new 85D starts at $76,700 (85,000 + 1,200 dest - 7500 tax credit - 2000 OH/VA referral) so you have another 13K to add options you really want to get to same price on a new car. Keep in mind, if you dont live in SoCal, you also pay shipping on this CPO whereas new one would be free shipping.
