Off-topic: when is Musk scheduled to appear on John Oliver?
TIA
You mean Stephen Colbert? If so, tomorrow.
Isn't he going on Leno 2 years ago? :tongue:LOL
Yes, I'm an idiot. I just confirmed. Thanks.
To be fair I'm at happy hour celebrating a deal. Algohol may have been been a factor.
I do believe algohol is what gives us all these crazy price movements. ;-)To be fair I'm at happy hour celebrating a deal. Algohol may have been been a factor.

Anyone care to make a wild guess on stock price effect? Colbert commands a huge following.
Another upgrade tomorrow + the interview on the Night Show + Tesla releasing more info about the Model X would easily bring us to a new 52 week high.
No effect. I don't think Elon will share any stock moving news on an entertainment show, especially one that's not live.Anyone care to make a wild guess on stock price effect? Colbert commands a huge following.
$340
"Oppenheimer analyst Colin Rusch initiated coverage of Tesla (TSLA) after the closing bell with an Outperform rating and $340 price target. The stock closed the day up $6.24 to $248.17. The electric car maker is a "transformative battery-powered product company" with "leading expertise" in cell design, packaging, associated software, human-machine and machine-machine interaction design, Rusch tells investors in a research note. The analyst included Tesla as part of his Solar initiation report, which included a total of nine names in the space. Solar represents a high growth opportunity with downside protection from improving relative cost curves and lower commodity risks, the analyst argues. Rusch also gave Outperform ratings to First Solar (FSLR), Canadian Solar (CSIQ), SunEdison (SUNE) and SunPower (SPWR), among others."
