I think the important item in the 1st year service is replacing the Drive Unit oil.

As someone who had to have the DU replaced under warranty I'm not sure I'd want to skip it (was told $15k-$20k for a new DU).

I do wonder what percentage of drive units are still being replaced. I'm on my second and just starting to hear the early stages of it deteriorating again.

The replacements appear to be refurbished, so I'd hope they are not 15-20k after the 8yr warranty expires.

I did 30000km on my first motor and now around 80,000km on my second. Still silent
