Is the China plan including the eventual building of the Model-E in China by 2017 and then export those out from China rather than build them at NUMMI? As such, NUMMI would build S, X and new Roadster. Would closing out the DoE loan early be part of the set-up for that action? Was the hiring of Doug from Apple part of the design and relationship building for a China build?
