Model 3 - Price, Taxes. Wait till Jan 2023?

Good Evening Teals Community.

I am planning to buy a Model 3 Standard Range Rear Wheel drive (showing $46,990 in Tesla website). Couple of questions

1. What is the final price via website? Does it include taxes
2. I came to know that from Jan 2023 Tesla is eligible for tax credits. Should I wait until Jan 1st 2023 to order the vehicle?
3. If anyone got Model 3 recently please let me know what is the final price.

The website price is not with taxes since it doesn't know the delivery state. I'm in NJ and there is no sales tax on EV's (plus I got a $2K rebate). I took the $3,750 discount for December delivery which is now $7,500 but only two more days left for delivery. My final price added $413.85 registration, $1,500 for black, $1,200 destination minus $5,750 in discounts.

If you’re going to qualify within the income limits, I don’t see why you shouldn’t wait until next year.

If you’re not, I would be making phone calls and moving the earth to get a car immediately.
