I'm looking for suggestions and/or some good contact information. We have a 2022 Model X that is being sold back to Tesla i.e. "lemoned". It has lifetime free supercharging (LFSC) and we've been trying to get Tesla to transfer the LFSC to a 2024 Model X that we have on order, this sounds perfectly logical to us. So far we've had no luck in getting them to do the transfer to the 2024. They say "it can't be done", which is odd since they just had an incentive program to do that very thing at the end of 2023. We've worked through our local service center and the customer support system (via phone and primarily texting) to no avail. Does anybody have suggestions on a successful approach or a phone number that I can actually speak with somebody that might care. Thanks in advance
