Hello All:
I bought my AP2 Model X Dec 28, 2017. I bought it because of the HyVee EV charger next to where I work in Sioux City Iowa. I live in Sioux Falls but commute here once a week.
Are there any owners in this Tri State area? I'd love to meet for lunch!
Also, if you haven't hear there is a Tesla Rally in the black hills May 19 & 20.

Help! I am a new member of this club and am about to order a new Model S 75D from the Minnesota Dealer in Eden Prairie. They asked me for a referral to get the free supercharging and a slight discount on the list price. Would you be willing to be my sponsor or do you know of anyone else who would? Hi: my husband and I got a Model 3 last November and we have a vacation home in Arnolds Park and see you are in that area. There is pretty much no charging locations between Waukee and the lakes (except for Wild Rose Casino) that I can tell. We hope to get a charging port at our house. Do you recommend an electrician? Tesla recommends one out of Sioux Falls but hoping for one closer. In the mean time do you know where the closest spot to charge when visiting the lakes? I was hoping the Hy-Vee would have something. Thank you for any advice! We love our Tesla and hope to drive it up North this summer. Thanks

If you don't want to go the expensive route of buying a prefab charger all you need is a 240 plug preferably on it's own fuse. I use a 240 in my garage and an RV extension cord. An electrician should be able to do that relatively cheap if you don't know someone qualified for that work.
From what I understand, an official group requires at least 25 owners and comes with some benefits such as a discount on the apparel collection.
