Install a public charging station in Germany

A friend of mine has a "ferienwohnung" in East Germany and wants to offer EV charging station for his guests. In The Netherlands NewMotion (now rebranded to Shell Recharge) offers charging stations that have a public setting and offers charging to most EV drivers through RFID. What charging stations brands exist in Germany that he can consider that offer this functionality?

Eine kurze Google-Suche nach "RFID Wallbox" bietet eine Reihe von Möglichkeiten an. Sofern der Strom die Gäste nichts extra kosten soll, ist es im Grunde egal, welche Wallbox installiert wird. Oder will der Freund nur die Infrastruktur schaffen und soll die Energie über einen Drittanbieter abgerechnet werden?

My friend does indeed want to use a 3rd party for billing so people can use their existing subscriptions (mostly from their companies). It seems NewMotion offers this, and Wallbox as well. Do you know of any others that are common in Germany?
