Of course there's no discounts on Cybertruck. They won't be available for 2+ years, there's a half-million people in line willing to pay full price, at-list demand clearly extends beyond 4 years of production, and there's only one place which will sell them. There's no incentive to discount.
Hence yet another reason the "dealer model" is problematic: manufacturer doesn't sell directly, you have to buy thru a no-value-added third party who marks up the price so much that a $9,000 "discount" STILL gets them a fat profit.
