Yes, use this one. Although I'm not sure if it's the implementation or Waze itself, the police markings are only accurate 2/3 times. But the road hazards (tire debris, broke-down vehicle) are just about 98% accurate.

I reported a police presence using my phone app and it appeared on the Tesla Incidents map in about 30 seconds.

I tried it last night, didn't seem to work at all. I don't know if it is location sensitive as it had me zoomed into Mexico. I think that they need to partner with Tesla to get this to function properly in the the Model S/X.

Right, but they dont expire quick enough. By the time you get there, he is long gone.

This is a function of how waze works. In general, the "hidden" police markers are going to be more accurate because, by definition, they're probably parked somewhere looking for speeders whereas plain site police can be parked, driving, writing a ticket, or covering an accident.

Livemap didn't auto-update as I drove. That made it useless to me.

This is ok, but using Waze on a smartphone gives much better info IMO. Better yet...we need intgrated Waze-like info on our 17" screens. See this thread: Tesla: We Need WAZE Now | Forums | Tesla Motors

It has been suggested that the more people that submit requests to TMC, the more likely that they will listen to owners about this.
