hello, by toolbox 2.1 or 3.0 you can't change region and maps you need a tool like LOKI or t-diag i buyed the t-diag and he can change region and maps but you can do it till 10.2 firmware, normally people update they're firmware always 11.1 so there you need to downgrade change it and update again also can code the fast charge normally is disabled if the car is crashed or need a subscription.
