"Gray" Tesla's fate in countries with no official Tesla service

Im from Ukraine and I gor my 2016 S75 with 100k miles like 6 month ago. Got it for like 12000$, shipped it to Kyiv and repaired it. All in all it was like 22k.
Anyhow, I reregistered the car on my name, created a Tesla accout, downloaded and installed the app manualy thru downloading an .apk file on my Samsung.
Car registered with no issues and I was happy. We dont have any superchargers in Ukraine (only planned ones) so used third party fast charging (150 kw).
There was an issue i wanted to be resolved about the NAV maps. Due to the car being a US car, it had US maps. So i called Tesla hotline in US and to tell them to change the region of my maps from US to EU. They they asked about how did the car manage to get to Europe. I told them everything. They said that they couldnt do anything and after 3 days i get an update which disables any DC charging. I have a Lifetime free supercharging on my car and I can make it work in Europe while blocking Tesla access from removing the ability for me to DC charge. But i wanted to to everything the right way. I wanted to get to an official tesla service in Prague and get a high voltage battry test. I was even fine with paying for it 1000$ or whatever. But nevertheless Tesla outright denied ANY service to my car.
Like, I dont remember owning any car and having service denied by an official dealer. I can buy any BMW, KIA, Toyota in South Korea, ship to Ukraine or Poland and the local dealer would gladly take my money.

Heres the transcript with on official Tesla service in Europe:

Me:
Hi, i would like to get a high voltage battery test price quote.
I have a US Tesla with free unlimitided supercharging and i want to use it with CCS Tesla superchargers in Europe.
Im currently in ***** and in the local Tesla service center they told that they cant do such an operation and that il have to contact Tesla service in ****.
My vin is ***

Service:
Hello,
Your car is from US after total loss, with tags „unsupported and salvaged“.
On these type of cars we are not able to do high voltage battery test, and in any way we are not able to enable a supercharging on your car.
Thank you,

Me:
So, can i give it for you to inspect it? So you could conclude that it is in a good shape? Or its final and i cant change anything? Because people in US just repair salvaged teslas, get a "rebuilt title", do a battery test and then reinstate supercharging ability with no problem.

Service:
This car is not supposed to be in EU, therefore the car is after total loss. We are not able to service your car in any way.
Thank you for understanding,

Me:
I understand that its Tesla' s policy and its strange. Because i could by a BMW or Toyota or a KIA anywhere in the world and it would be serviced on official services.
Theres no such statement as "a car is not supposed to be somewhere". A car can drive anywhere and sail anywhere.
I understand that you are obliged to answer that way but thats just rude.
Here, look for yourself, thats a link on the lot of my car:
****
Does that look like a "total loss" to you? I just changed a radiator and a headlight and the car works perfectly fine.
Im just sending this for your info and not trying to "change your mind" or whatever.

Service:
The car was sold as a total loss. It doesn’t matter how it looks. Officially the car is total loss, it was then sold and repaired by unauthorized third party.
Therefore the car is total loss, with tags „unsupported and salvaged“, and the car is from US. As I said before, I’m sorry but we are not able to service your car in any way.
Thank you

Me:
Ok and what about OTA service? Like if i want to change Navigation maps from US to EU. Its not like i need to visit your service center to do it, right? And i can pay for it. Can you do it for me?

Service:
I’m sorry but we are not able to service your car in any way.
---- the end---

So, I dont know about you guys, but the part about "That car is not supposed to be somewhere" really pissed me off. Any other owner of another carbrand wont be a subject to such, i dunno how to call this... The point is that Tesla is considering subsequent owners who import salavaged cars from US as not clients at all - we dont have service, we dont have updates, Tesla is trying to cut the fast charging ability. And yet we buy the parts, pay third pary self learning specialists who repair those cars when we would gladly pay Tesla to do those things.
Its strange, because while driving thru Kyiv (Ukraines capital), youl see a bunch of tesla's in 5 just in minutes. We have a big market for these cars.

Heres the info about Non-core markets from Tesla:

Not true, Tesla will support salvage vehicles as long as they are still in their home market. (Some repairs require passing HV inspection(s) first.)
Got an update. Another guy started replying to my emails.
So, long story short:
They can service my vehicle but prior to that i will have to pay for a safety inspection which will determine if its safe to work on the car which il have to pay for. This ispection is irrelevant to the High Voltage Battery test. Its just to make sure its safe for Tesla worker to be close to my car.
Other than that, then can replace parts on the car but only those which are not region specific. So no headlighs, rear lights, EVEN MCU's.
The secong manager warned me in 3 separate replies about them needing to tinker with the car's firmware after repairs and that they will probably turn off my fast charging ability if it is not off allready. Thats actually a smooth move from the manager because he knows that i turned it on myself after them turning it off with an update.
So basically this tag "unsupported and salvaged" means that you have a bootleg Tesla. And all the pluses and minuses that come with it.
I also asked the manager to escalate the addition of Ukrainian language to Tesla's and he said that I should contact Elon thru twitter for that. Slick advise.
Anyhow, i dont really understand this at all.

There is an 86 page salvage Tesla support group thread on TMC. I would start there, could be some good advice.

Hi' I've got the similar issue with my Tesla MY. I bought my Tesla MY 2022 in the US at the Copart Auction. I then got it delivered to Tbilisi, Georgia and legally registered to my name. The vehicle had minor body damage (Front Passenger Door and moving glass needed replacement) It has obviously US region and has got US maps. I have provided all the details recurred to Tesla via App and in 10 minutes Tesla added my Vehicle to the App. My tesla has received the latest software update, so all works fine except for Navigation system. And this is for obvious reasons. My tesla is manufactured in the US for the US market hence has region set to NA and mas got US maps installed.

I have formally applied to the Tesla UK support (via Tesla website) to change the region from US to EU and update the maps, but as you would imagine I was refused to be supported for the same reasons. "Unfortunately this vehicle is out of market and will considered gray vehicle and not supported" isn't this crazy??????
