Once I manually start the wiper, then when put in AUTO they only wipe as needed, but they never turn on themselves the first time, even though they are in auto. Am i doing something wrong?

Hopefully Tesla will abandon this experiment and get key fobs for us. The “credit card” is fine for a backup but not nearly as useful or user friendly as a fob. Nice try and maybe someday Bluetooth — or whatever comes next — will be more reliable.
