Alignment done 9 months ago & then rechecked yesterday at the brand new Burbank service center, I was told issue is very common in Tesla's because of the weight of the car.

The weight of the car is 100% BS. I'd suggest their alignment machine is out of whack or that it has the wrong settings (some did).
 
I had 23k on the MXM4 (they were at 3/32) before I changed to X-Ice Xi3. I really like the Xi3's! They are much quieter. I could tell right away. I wonder if it's because of the tread depth?
