Im not sure. IMO it looks like the staffing required for a sales/service centre. I thought SCs were just on route charging stops like a gas station is to ICEs. No need for a detailer or parts advisor.

I'm not local so I don't know what representation already exists, but I would say that the positions on Seek are a promising sign that Tesla are setting up a full-time permanent operation in Sydney.

Given that Stone believes the first cars will be delivered end July, the only way i can see that happening now, would be if they fly the cars here. I have no idea how much something like would cost tho'. Did the first two cars in country come out that way? I think they might have.
I believe all the cars have been air-freighted and it would not surprise me if the first few cars for delivery were sent over in a similar way so that they can hold their unveiling event earlier. The cost isn't as bad as you'd think because the cars don't weigh that much, they just take up a lot of volume.
In comparison to their volume, they weigh comparatively little. As an example, a similar volume of iPhones, which are air-freighted, weighs in around 12 tons.

Assuming they don't deliver until end July (which I think is probably more realistic), they still have plenty of time to ship: max 30 days on a vessel + customs clearance.
