Someone reported on a Tesla Facebook group from Quebec that they had a confirmation that a 16 stall supercharger was going to be built in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, pretty much mid-way between Rivière-du-Loup and Lévis :

There are already Circuit Electrique chargers on site and it's ideally located near highway 20, 24h store.

I’ve heard this before and didn’t believe it at first.

Looks like this could be Hydro Quebec starting construction. A new pole mid-span of an existing pole line. A new anchor for a dead-end of three-phase power? Three-phase power needs to be brought over a couple of poles and new poles are in place along it. This looks like it would put the Superchargers beside the existing DCFCs. Although there are only 13 stalls beside them.

I wanted to stop again yesterday but I didn't, thinking they weren't working on it. It seems that I was wrong. An Boom-Truck (not sure if it was HQ) was working around the transformer base but I didn't saw the transformer.
