Stop Light Detection in AP

Hello,

my car is currently on 2019.8.3 da116a6 software version. I saw that i will get supercharger v3 access, stop of red light option to my current version of software
i am unable to see supercharger v3 in fremont from my tesla screen. i can only see fremont super charger but not v3 super charger
i never get any Stop Light Detection in AP during my drive
I see chime option enabled during blind spot detection. but i never get chime during lane change if any car is there on blind spot
is there anything i need to do to fix the above issues or shall i contact service centre ?

I don't think the supercharger update is in 8.3

red light will only warn if you're about to run a light (and only some of the time as detection isn't perfect)

blind spot will only chime if your turn signal is on AND you actually start to move the wheel toward a car in the blind spot
