CCS appears to be optional on the Bolt - GM confirms 60 kWh battery pack for the Bolt EV and DC fast-charging will be optional [full specs]Is it for sure that Bolt is/isn't going to have CCS compatibility for fast charging?
It's interesting that Woz still has a 2013 Model S. The newer Model S have a much better suspension/ride than the old ones along with Autopilot and driver safety features. Woz can afford anything he wants, yet he is proud to say that he keeps his cars around for a long time. He is definitely not your normal zillionaire.
Wealthy people don't typically get wealthy by blowing their money on every new cool toy. Woz is probably closer to how a normal "rich person" spends their money than the ones portrayed in movies lighting cigars with $100 bills.
BLASPHEMY! Repent you infidel. He is? Afaik the last time he did anything noteworthy of a technical nature was before most people doing technical stuff today were born.
It's probably a bit childish to say this but I lost a bit of respect for Woz to so publicly advertise this. I'd love to know what GM is paying him...
Not to bash the bolt but the few people I know that got it have spent a bit of time with their vehicles in service for extended periods of time.
How is that possible? The Bolt isn't being sold yet.Not to bash the bolt but the few people I know that got it have spent a bit of time with their vehicles in service for extended periods of time.
I think it's likely he was remunerated for his Cadillac ad (see post before yours).Hard to imagine Mr Wozniak doing a paid GM endorsement. I think he just likes new things and to stir the pot occasionally.
