U.S. Rare Earth Minerals, Inc. Denies Knowledge of August 28th Press Release

That is about U.S. Rare Earth Minerals Inc (USMN).

The company Tesla has an agreement with, however, is Rare earth minerals plc, and the deal is posted on their website:

An article on Yahoo originally linked USMN to the deal. There is now a correction @ the top. Tesla Secures Lithium Suppliers For GigaFactory, Trip Chowdhry Shares Insight - Yahoo Finance

Just a mistake by a 'journalist', nothing more.

Mike Ramsey, he has since corrected the mistake, but the original did point to US Rare Earth. And the media copyists, just kept repeating his mistake without fact checking. WSJ lacks the journalistic integrity to acknowledge their mistake and correction.
