PEM cover plate

I had the Jdemo aftermarket adapter installed, and the small black plate that covers the opening on the top right side of the PEM gets swapped for one that has a hole for the cables. I cannot find my original plate and am looking for someone that might have one lying around for purchase. Thank you.

Got any photos of your install? Would love to see. Still trying to see what will be best for me when QC delivers. Sorry i don't have a plate for you, however.
