The button that says "REAL TIME" above toggles "real time" and "max" mode which keeps the maximum values for that drive - I believe it's reset each time you power down.

i have a non-sport and achieved in performance mode, cold motor, cold battery, winter tire: 272 torque, 264 hp and 0.7g. The torque depends on the current, which is limited to 700A.

2008 Roadster, Performance Mode, 91° F, base Yokohama tires, 10,300 miles on battery pack and tires, Range Mode SOC between 85% and 93% for that set of quarter-mile runs doing two-foot launches.

My best time on the quarter mile that night was 12.978 sec ET at 103.40 mph. I believe the numbers on that run were 281 ft-lb, 249 hp, 0.67 g.

Test driving a 2.5 sport with a passenger. Not trying too hard (TC was on, pack was getting low):

Beefy torque, but max HP wasn't so impressive.

Tried again today. Turned TC off. Roadster Sport 2.5, AD07. Standard mode charge, performance mode driving.
Still had a passenger, so close to 300lbs of "ballast", and had the extra weight of a MC240 in the trunk/boot.

waist : 110 cm , measured by my wife, so holding my breath:redface: wasn't an option, she can be very patient if needed

driver was listening to Iggy Pop : Lust for life and Randy Newman : Its money that matters while driving

I've tied your G reading on my 2.0 non-sport, although I don't have a photo.

I have a 2008 1.5, non-sport and my peak was 281 ft-lbs, 248 hp and .73g. I also managed to reach 104 in a 1/4 mile. So I am pleased the car appears to be right on the specifications.

First try at capturing this screen. Nothing in the car but me (160lbs) which must be why the HP is a little low. Also, I didn't go over 90mph. I'm pretty sure I hit the .76G when going down a freeway ramp like a bat out of hell, but I wasn't watching the screen at that moment.

I hit 0.71g and later 0.73g in my 2.5 non-sport today, both at 260hp. Then I realized I had just forgotten my iPhone at a friend's place I had been visiting, so no proof unfortunately. Will try again this weekend.

Can anyone tell me if the 'g' reading is based on vehicle speed or an actual accelerometer? Just curious what 'g' you would see if you pushed a Roadster off a cliff. Would it be 1.0 or zero?

It seems like the best g readings I got took place while going steeply downhill pell-mell.

So I'd guess 1, but try it and let us know!
