Anyone that have purchased FSD during this latest price drop received software update V12 pushed to their vehicles? I just got AP 3.0 computer installed on my 2016 Model S (AP 2.0) and still waiting for the OTA update for V12 FSD.
That is the dirty little secret. MCU1 does not appear to be compatible with FSD. I am unaware of any MCU1 vehicle that is running FSD. I've been waiting 1.5 years since Tesla said that FSDb was available to anyone who had paid for FSD and I opted in. All upgrades have been done and still no FSD.
Oh, I didn't realize you were on MCU1. There are a handful of MCU1 vehicles that have gotten FSDb but AFAIK they are still on v10.69.x (ie, really old version).
I think your choices are to pay for the MCU2 upgrade, or wait, but it isn't clear what the plan is for FSDb on MCU1, if there is one. Personally, I found the MCU2 upgrade well worth it.
