Another thought, completed unrelated to AP:

Cycle between IC displays on left hand MFD, doubly useful when using navigation and want to check other things

if not, then I also prefer the disable auto-steer option. forcing opposite direction to Autosteer to disable is suboptimal at freeway speeds.

I just want to make sure you were aware that this is what it does currently - disable Autosteer.

I realize that it disables Autosteer AND TACC. I would prefer it disable the steering aspect only, and keep TACC active

Push away stalk to cancel both, then flip forward once to resume TACC. Why add an extra button for that? OP.

My option 2 was best option, IMO and few others of consistent AP-related option. The push away, pull toward is something I just can't get into habit of ;-)
