New battery with lower range and BMS error

Hi

I have a Model X 2020 long range plus that just had a new battery.

I think I'm going mad as before replacement I think I remember getting ~351 miles range and now with the new pack I'm getting 319.

The car also never charges last 99%.

I've done the discharge, charge to 100, leave plugged in a few times but no fix.

I did a Tesla Scan and also in service mode I get an error.

Maybe I'm going mad and the range was always below 320 (we only had the car 2 weeks).

Attached is the battery info, Tesla Scan and BMS error.

Any advice ?

I see you now have a useable remaining pack energy level of 84.1 kwh. Were you wise enough to record your useable on your, now failed, original battery?
I just had my in warranty 2016 90 kwh battery replaced under the 8-year warranty. I was prepared for that scenario. I kept track of my original battery energy level, 69 kwh useable. I expected Tesla to supply me with a remanufactured battery capacity of 69 kwh or greater. When I picked up my car, while in the parking lot, with my service advisor nervously watching, I checked the "new reman" useable capacity. 70 kwh indicated, Tesla met their warranty obligation to meet or exceed original battery capacity. Case closed.
Did you do the same?

Unfortunately not. I only had the car 2 weeks so wasn't expecting a failure. I can only assume that they replaced with the same or larger Kwh.

If you have the readouts from the old pack go back to them. And it seems they did not performed the 2 routines for pack repalcement (available in Service menu + on MCU2 after connection to Toolbox 3).
