Go talk to an attorney. You can have your business purpose being driving your kids to school. Setting up an LLC is crazy easy, my first 3 I did by myself. If I purchase another house I simply call my attorney, let him know and in a week it's registered. Maybe go see how easy it is instead of going after me.I like how it started as “just spin up an LLC”
And then when pressed ended with “Oh yeah, you’ll need an actual business need and probably some attorneys”…
