Model S summon feature Failed on me

I just got my 2017 model s last mk th. I have tried using the summon features a few times and it has on all occasion failed on me. when I walked behind and in front of the car, the car does not stop! I had to stop the car with key fob. anyone else experienced similar issues? I voiced my concerns to the sc reo in Rocklin but they are of no use

Summon is beta, not production quality.

You can try to see if you like it but if something bad happens, it's on you.

After car hit pole in parking structure while in summons (no one in car) ... tesla states my problem. Expensive experience ... will not use summons anymore ...
