Public speaking is not one of Elon's strengths. Every video I watch of him he sounds like that.

In his 1-on-1 interview videos he does much, much better. I think, like with a great many people, public speaking just doesn't come naturally. I didn't mean to criticize when I noted it earlier, more sympathize/empathize.

Thanks for the link. Did they tone down the chrome on the performance model? It seems to mesh with the performance wheels better than on the design studio.

I think the design studio makes the chrome look brighter. Looking forward to seeing them in the flesh today.

Not a bad weekend for Bill Lee. Got his Model S Founder Performance and Yammer gets bought out by Microsoft for $1.2 Billion. I'm sure that paid for the Model S and a whole lot more.

No wonder it was hard to find info on him, he might want to lay low. His company, CarrierIQ, was in the news about 7 months ago, where the reports were that his company's software, which is on just about every smartphone, was tracking location history and keystrokes:

The only thing I don't like about the Model S is that I will essentially now have a phone w/ me poor bees

Harsh. I thought it was a fantastic webcast.

Like many others, I thought about what they've accomplished in the last four years and teared up. Truly a day to be proud.

I teared up too but I would NEVER admit it.
