Is there a way to change my car from BAR to PSI?

I live in Canada and PSI is what we use to measure tire pressure. My car on the other had measures using the BAR system. Is it possible to convert this?

Pretty sure you are stuck with one unit measurement type or another. Metric or SAE

You can change the TPMS presentation to SAE, but you have to change other measurements. You would have to tolerate miles rather than kilometers on your speedo. There's no option to change only the tire pressure presentation. Too bad - I would also like to see PSI rather than Bar.

The BAR is annoying but I’ve gotten used to what it means and what numbers the tires, (tyres), should be.

Give it a chance it’ll likely grow on you.

One bar is one atmosphere at sea level. (14.5psi) This is the weight of the column of air all the way up to space in 1 square inch. (We learned atmospheric pressure even in US schools)

The main thing to look out for is to have reasonably equal pressures (unless you have staggered wheels). On standard 19" GoodYear Eagles 3.1 bar is almost perfect (44.95 PSI). If during a drive you get up to 3.2 or even 3.3 this is OK, but if you're on a fairly straight and level road they all should go up approximately the same time. If one goes early or lags significantly behind, you'll know what to do. The absolute value is not really that important...
