How to remove Teslafi app from my computer??

My Teslafi app is giving me a problem. It does not recognize my user name on this computer (works OK on my iPad). Keeps switching my user name to another one (which I probably entered once). I contacted Teslafi and was told the issue was with my browser. They don't seem inclined to help me further.

Anyway, I looked in my password storage in Microsoft and deleted what I found there. Still no luck.

There is no Teslafi shown in my list of apps for me to uninstall. I want to uninstall the app and reinstall it to try and correct the problem.

Any ideas anyone??

Teslafi doesn't have an app. It uses a browser. The user name/password memory is related to the browser or Microsoft password systems.

You need to fix those 2.

You could try using a different Web browser (MS Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera...) to check your App.
I use in general Chrome with Adblock, and sometime I had issues, so I try Chrome in Incognito mode, or another web browser.
Uninstalling an App don't always remove all the files. Also you could just try to Stop the Web browser or to reboot to clean the cache.

Used your suggestion. Tried another browser (forget which one ). Did the PW reset thing. App is working now.
