SF to Santa Nella 110
Santa Nella to Harris 73
Harris to Laval Rd 115
Laval rd to Newport 127

All 3 of these spots have multiple restaurant options.
Santa Nella also is good for those coming from Sacramento to Montery, its a good stop for those in Marin and its the splitoff for those going to San Jose

Even with an 85kw pack, and driving 75-85mph which is typical on the 5, I'd stop at both Laval Road and Harris Ranch just to continue to drive without hypermiling and turning off the AC like the Motor Trend reviewers.

I hope they plan to add some windshield cleaner/wiper, air compressor for the tires and free wi-fi (asking too much)?
