Feature request: one-shot speed limiter

It was funny to read so many responses of those who don't think this could be done. When I got my P100D it came still in "demo mode" which means it had a 85 mph limiter. The car would not go over 85 mph. I could run from full acceleration in launch mode and it would cut power around ~83 mph so that by 85 mph there was no acceleration.

So this is 100% possible and likely easily programmable.
