On a new car, you lose maybe 5% of range in the first year, then the loss is much less than that thereafter. I am not sure your year car is new enough, but most Tesla S have a battery capacity warranty during the 8 year 150,000 mile battery warranty:
"with a minimum battery capacity retention of 70% (or a maximum 30% degradation of capacity since the day of delivery or the vehicle being put into service). There seems to be about a 10-15% degradation in the Model S’s battery capacity over 150,000-200,000 miles. Since the Model S is under warranty for 8 years or 150,000 miles, most vehicles in this range, which have a battery capacity retention of 85% or higher, will not have needed a battery replacement under the warranty conditions and still likely won’t for a long time."
