Even the poorly designed ones with the bad adhesive that fall out and slip out of place and make lots of wind noise?

Well, if you want to get technical...
If the seals are poorly designed, it isn't their fault - they were made that way.
If there was bad adhesive, again, not the seal's fault. That is probably that Hubris guy (who I hope they fired).
If there is wind noise, the driver is partially responsible, since if the car wasn't in motion and was in a garage, there would be very little wind noise.
