Thank you - I'll have my suspension shop at least give it a check. Am i entitled to the old drive unit? Any value? I suspect not, but thought I'd ask since you have rebuild info in your sig.

Never heard of anyone keeping core from Tesla. Presumably Tesla use as rebuild.

LDU parts definitely can be sold in aftermarket. There are custom EV builds based on LDU hence salvaged LDU has fair bit of demand. Mostly supplied by salvage car currently.
