Tesla model s 2016 75 dead 12v mobile service battery change left with battery error messages and car won’t go. Awaiting diagnostics over the air.

Car computer would not turn on then 13v died completely. Charged it in situ and doors opened etc but error messages - low battery power car will not start etc.
Mobile service changed 12v but errors remained. Charge port will open but no blue light and connector will not allow cable to connect. Awaiting tesla diagnostics over the air.
Is there an easy remedy. Anyone exprrienced the same?

Can you list the error codes?

1. Go to the Controls screen.
2. Tap Software.
3. Hold down the Model name for a few seconds.
4. Type in "service" and tap OK.
5. Tap Enable to enter service mode.

Then find your service alerts and post them here for everyone to look at.
