Borrow an S-to-Roadster charger adaptor

I need to head to the TriCities area in the next 10 days or so to pick up some wine grapes. While I'm a paid member of the adaptor in Ellensburg, I will need it twice in one day for several hours each time. It might be easier if I just borrow one from a kind person here on the wet side. I don't yet know what day I will need it, but should be on a weekend any time between this Sunday and 2 weekends out from now. Thanks in advance
